Atlantic Crossing
Description
The newest project of Atlantic Crossing is intended to be an adornment of famous Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach downtown, providing it with a new luxurious space for living, working, shopping and entertaining.
Atlantic Crossing will breathe a new life into 4 city blocks filling them with beautiful public areas, picturesque sceneries and outstanding design. The complex will be a green pedestrian area, as a natural continuation of Delray downtown with its unique atmosphere.
Atlantic Crossing will include six 3-4-storey buildings, which will have 82 residences, class A offices, shops and restaurants.
This new mixed-use project will occupy 9 acres between Atlantic Avenue, Northeast First Street, the Intracoastal Waterway and South Federal Highway.
The completion of the complex is scheduled for 2018.
